Ibyo ukwiye kumenya byerekeye ububobere

Ububobere bugizwe 90% n’amazi.

    5. Gerageza gufata ifunguro rikungahaye kuri omega-3,6,. Ibi ni ibinure byongera ububobere ku bagore. Ibyo kurya tubisangamo ni amafi, ubunyobwa, avoka, amavuta ya soya n’ibihwagari, aya elayo, ay’ipamba ; imbuto za sezame.
    6. Gerageza kurya imboga zirimo amazi izo ni nka concombre, watermelon, cayotte, ndetse n’imbuto zinyuranye.
    7. Fata ifunguro rikize kuri vitamini C. Iyi vitamini iboneka mu mbuto hafi ya zose, ukuyemo avoka. Ikaboneka no muri poivron n’izindi mboga.
    8. Irinde gukoresha imiti inyuranye ngo uri gusukura mu gitsina cyawe kuko iyo miti ishobora kuba ariyo ikwangiriza.
